My Chauffeur with the help of Carey International has designed a Chauffeur safety certification program, which is endorsed by the National Safety Council.
On a daily basis we make random quality assurance calls to customers that have traveled with us the day before. Approximately 75% of the previous day's travelers are contacted.
We have a designated customer service department that can handle any and all customer service related issues.
We incorporated a program called "next day express" which allows us to contact and confirm reservations with travelers leaving the next day.
