Reservations: Minimum of two hours required under normal circumstances; twenty-four hours preferred.

Cancellations: Orders changed or cancelled less than than one hour before pickup time will incur at 50% charge (plus greet charge if applicable). 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all charter and specialty vehicle reservations.

Meeting Limousine at Either Airport: Pick up luggage and call 800-244-6200. Please have your confirmation number ready.

Meeting Limousine at Oak Brook Hills Resort: To make a reservation, or if you are having difficulty finding your driver, please call extension 5517 from any hotel telephone. A My Chauffeur representative is at your service in the Oak Brook Hills Resort lobby Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm.
